This technology allows you to make quick, tap-to-pay transactions at terminals equipped for contactless payments, reducing wear on your card and minimizing physical contact. In addition to contactless functionality, the card retains its EMV chip technology, which generates a unique transaction code for each purchase—making it more secure and reducing the risk of fraud. Whether you prefer tapping, inserting, or swiping, the card works at any merchant that accepts VISA. It can also be used for online payments, telephone transactions, and ATM withdrawals, ensuring versatility for all your financial needs.

If you lose your card or open an account, you can get a new card within minutes. This product is only available at the main bank located at 529 Lincoln Avenue in York.
When you receive your Cornerstone Bank VISA Debit Card, you will need to call in to activate the card and create or change your PIN.

While Cornerstone offers a number of conveniently located ATMs, we are also a member of MoneyPass. MoneyPass offers surcharge-free ATM transactions for Cornerstone Bank VISA Debit Card holders at over 32,000 ATMs in the United States.*

Text Alerts From EnFact
With text fraud alerts, if the EnFact system detects suspicious activity on your card, you will receive a text message with details about the suspected transaction. All you have to do is respond to the text to confirm the transaction. If you confirm the transaction is legitimate, you do not need to do anything else. If you indicate that the transaction is fraud, you will receive another text message with a number to call to follow-up.
All Cornerstone customers that have a mobile phone number and VISA Debit Card are automatically enrolled in this feature, and have the option to opt-out at any time. This is a free service to our customers.

Fraud Protection by EnFact
Your Visa Debit Card is protected 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a fraud detection program called EnFact. If the EnFact system identifies a potentially fraudulent debit card transaction, they will reach out to you via the contact information that we have on file. Your participation in responding to the call is critical to prevent potential risk and also to avoid restrictions from being placed on your card.
When EnFact reaches out to you, the automated service will ask a few questions to verify your identity. It will then ask you to verify your recent card activity.
It is extremely important that we have your current contact information on file in case we suspect fraudulent activity being done on your Visa Debit Card. To update your contact information, please stop in at a branch or contact us at 800-642-6608.

VISA Account Updater
When you use your Cornerstone Bank VISA Debit Card for recurring payments, Visa will automatically update your card information through the Visa Account Updater (VAU) service whenever your card information changes. All Visa credit and debit card holders enjoy this benefit; no enrollment or activation is required.
Here’s how VAU works
When your card’s expiration date or card number changes (if the original card is lost/stolen or reissued due to closure), VISA will communicate your new card information directly to participating merchants you have authorized to charge your card. VAU only applies to recurring Visa debit and credit card payments, and updates are only sent to qualified participating merchants.
VAU is designed to help prevent interruption of your recurring payments and possible service disruptions when your card information changes. Because not all merchants subscribe to VAU, we recommend that you notify each merchant of your new check card number and/or expiration date to ensure your payments continue uninterrupted.
