Steve also holds a Nebraska Real Estate license.

Heath Lee grew up on a farm and custom harvesting operation near Hay Springs, Nebraska. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2014. Prior to joining Cornerstone Bank’s Farm Management Department in July 2023, Heath spent six years working in the banking industry and gained valuable experience in the crop insurance field, holding his license since 2019. He also holds a Nebraska Real Estate license and is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

Aaron Baumann

Farm Manager

Aaron Baumann joined Cornerstone Bank’s Farm Management Department in January 2026 as a Farm Manager. He grew up in Grafton, Nebraska, and attended the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanized Systems Management with a minor in Diversified Agriculture. Aaron brings a strong background in agriculture and business, including five years as a licensed real estate agent, along with experience as an agricultural consultant and operating his own farming operation.

Brian received his Bachelor’s Degree from Kearney State College, his Master’s Degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and his Educational Specialist’s Degree from Wayne State College. Brian spent 31 years in education before joining Cornerstone Bank in 2021. He obtained his Nebraska Real Estate Broker’s license in October 2025.
